    bitsybird uses Big Commerce as a shopping cart and paypal to process online payments from our website. Through our website and paypal, we can accept mastercard, visa, and paypal payments. It is optional to sign up for our website. You do not need to sign up to paypal if you do not already have paypal. On the checkout page, follow the directions to pay by credit card.

    Shipping Information

    Bitsybird ships everywhere in Canada and the U.S.A. via Canada Post. if you supply us with your email on check out, we will provide you with a tracking number. Shipping is calculated by item weight, and at this time only regular parcel shipping is available. Please allow ten business days for your order to arrive. We carefully pack and wrap each order to ensure your item arrives safely.

    Do you ship to the U.S.?

    Yes, absolutely! Bitsybird ships to the U.S. via Canada Post. At this time only regular parcel shipping is available. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to the U.S. for customs processing.

    Do you ship International?

    Yes, but please contact us first regarding shipping information and extra costs.

    Is assembly required?

    No, all products are shipped fully made and ready to use. Simply unpack the item! For diaper cakes, you may have to place the plush toy on top of the cake.

    Are all the gifts usable?

    Yes! All products are made for mommy and baby to use and enjoy.

    Custom gifts

    Bitsybird may create custom items at your request. Please contact us for custom orders.

    Return policy

    If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us by telephone (250.801.7237) or email (orders@bitsybird.com). You have 90 calendar days from ship date/pick up date to return an item and qualify for a refund. After 90 calandar days, you do not qualify for a refund. You can return the item in person, or ship the item back to us (your cost), and we will credit your purchasing price back to you.

    Out of stock items

    On occasion, Bitsybird products go out of stock. We appologize for this inconvenience! We make every effort to keep our supplies up to date. Please check back on our website again as are always updating it.
