Bitsybird Baby Company began with a gift for my cousin who had just had a baby girl. I wanted to give her something beautiful, something heartfelt, something no one had seen before. When I arrived at her baby shower with a diaper cake I had created myself, the reaction it received let me know I had given the perfect gift. It was a one-of-a-kind creation and it suited her perfectly – a floppy bunny atop a tower of diapers, embellished with soft pink ribbon and two dainty roses – to symbolize the mother’s and daughter’s middle names. That same summer, Bitsybird Baby Company was born.
